The tanks of the line MT are conceived to preserve to the best dairy products, fruit juices, beverages, mineral waters and soft drinks. In designing these tanks a particular attention is given to the possibility to clean the surfaces and to the superficial finishing to make them safe and easy to be cleaned. They are usually tanks without stirrer, but if the product risks sedimenting, it is possible to install slow stirrers (“multi-paddle” type) or quick (“marine helix”). To keep the organoleptic features of the product it is possible to predispose the product for inerting with nitrogen. In this case the tank will be provided with a series of accessories enabling to work under a light over-pressure in safety conditions. The correct temperature of the product is granted by the cooling interspace on the bottom and on the cylindrical plating of the tank. The shape of the interspace is designed by Boema to grant an optimal circulation of the heating fluid and an high reliability: all the interspaces are tested for 6 bar. To minimize the thermal dispersion, the heated parts are covered with a high density isolating layer, closed into an outer jacket made of stainless steel and completed welded.
