Centrifugal machine to rework chopped ingredients
It is a machine conceived to separate the hazelnut chopped or other solid from melted chocolate. It is mainly used in the rework phases. It is composed of a rotating basket inside a heated chamber. The machine works in batch but does not require the intervention of any operator because both the chocolate as also the solids discharge are made automatically and the loading can be easily automatized coupling the machine to a temporised elevator or to a weighing hopper.
