Boema S.p.A. self-cleaning filter is conceived to filter on line the chocolate and the creams. It is installed at mixers or decristallisers output and it can perform an optimal filtering of the product after each processing phase. This filter can keep clean autonomously the filtering element thanks to an inner spiral provided with scrapers made of plastic material, that act on the cylindrical body of the filter. The filter can be installed on line and is isolated. Furthermore, it is completely closed, to grant that no outer pollution on the product is possible. For all these reasons, it is the best filtering system for these products.

To facilitate the disassembly and maintenance operations, usually the filter is supplied with supporting frame and opening/closing device made by a screw jack with manual drive. The filter is available in various sizes and can be supplied with filtering elements with different mesh degree, in order to make it adaptable to all the applications according to the product, to the capacity and to the needs of the customer.
