Boema S.p.A. designs and manufactures sterilisers – coolers with exchanger with scraped surface for the production of aseptic preps.

This machine is suitable for the sterilisation of high viscosity liquid products and it is particularly suitable to treat products with pieces because, thanks to the innovative shape of the rotating shaft and of the swinging scrapers, it avoids any pressure on the product. The scraped surface exchangers can be installed both with vertical as horizontal axis, according to the needs and have a modular composition that foresees heating and cooling sections. Moreover, thanks to the head with quick disassembly seal and hydraulic system of the rotating shaft, it is possible to fully and quickly inspect the whole machine.
